Where a product is offered by a vendor, that vendor is responsible for product information, stock availability, fulfillment, store policies, customer support within their scope, and compliance with marketplace rules. Shofarpulse may review, moderate, suspend, or remove listings, stores, or vendors where necessary to protect users, maintain platform standards, or comply with policy and law.

Products, Services, and Content

Shofarpulse may offer physical products, digital products, downloadable resources, communication services, and faith-based informational content. Products may include books, Bibles, devotionals, digital materials, ministry tools, apparel, health-related products, household items, gifts, and related resources.

We reserve the right to change, update, discontinue, limit, or remove products, services, categories, brands, tags, attributes, or features at any time.

If an order must be canceled after payment due to an error, unavailability, policy issue, or related reason, the customer will be informed and any appropriate refund will be processed according to the applicable refund process.

Delivery timelines are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. Shipping and fulfillment may be handled either by Shofarpulse or by the relevant vendor, depending on the product and marketplace arrangement.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We or the vendor are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect addresses, unavailable recipients, customs processes, or events outside reasonable control.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

Vendor Terms

Vendors using Shofarpulse agree to comply with all marketplace rules, store setup requirements, listing standards, payout requirements, pricing rules, product quality expectations, content restrictions, and policy requirements set by the platform.

Vendors must:

• Provide accurate store and product information
• Maintain lawful and policy-compliant listings
• Use categories, brands, tags, and attributes responsibly
• Fulfill orders in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain valid payout details
• Respect customer privacy and marketplace rules
• Use only approved or allowed communication methods

Vendors must not:

• Upload misleading, unlawful, infringing, harmful, or prohibited products
• Bypass the marketplace to avoid commissions or platform obligations
• Misuse customer data
• Create false orders, false reviews, duplicate spam listings, or manipulated pricing
• Use the platform in a way that damages trust, safety, or mission alignment

We may approve, reject, suspend, limit, or terminate vendor accounts, products, listings, commissions, or withdrawals where necessary to protect the platform and its users.

Acceptable Use

Limitation of Liability
