Vendor Guidelines explain the standards, responsibilities, and marketplace rules that every seller on Shofarpulse must follow.
Vendor Guidelines are designed to help every seller on Shofarpulse operate clearly, responsibly, and professionally.
Because Shofarpulse is a faith-based marketplace, we expect all vendors to maintain high standards in the products they list, the way they communicate, and the way they serve customers.
These Vendor Guidelines apply to all approved vendors, including literature evangelists, ministries, publishers, authors, creators, and other marketplace sellers.
By registering and selling on Shofarpulse, you agree to follow these guidelines at all times.

Who Can Sell on Shofarpulse
Shofarpulse welcomes vendors whose products align with the values and mission of the platform. This includes sellers such as:
- Literature evangelists
- Christian publishers and book distributors
- Ministries and ministry resource providers
- Authors and creators of faith-based content
- Sellers of approved family, health, lifestyle, and ministry-related products
All vendor applications are subject to review and approval. Approval to register does not mean permanent or unconditional permission to sell.
Continued access depends on compliance with these Vendor Guidelines and all marketplace policies.
Allowed Products Under Vendor Guidelines
Vendor Guidelines allow products that fit the purpose, standards, and categories of Shofarpulse. Approved product types may include:
- Bibles and Bible study materials
- Devotional books and Christian literature
- Sabbath School and study resources
- Digital products such as eBooks, audio teachings, and approved downloads
- Church and ministry supplies
- Faith-based apparel and merchandise
- Children and youth materials
- Health and lifestyle products that align with platform standards
- Home, living, and gift items aligned with platform values
Approval of a category does not mean every product inside that category will be approved automatically. Each listing may still be reviewed on its own merits.
Prohibited Products Under Vendor Guidelines
Vendor Guidelines prohibit any product that is unlawful, misleading, harmful, offensive, unsafe, unrelated to the marketplace direction, or inconsistent with the values of Shofarpulse.
Prohibited items may include, but are not limited to:
- Illegal goods or restricted items sold without proper authorization
- Fraudulent, counterfeit, or stolen goods
- Adult content or sexually explicit products
- Products that promote hatred, violence, extremism, or abuse
- Dangerous substances or unsafe health claims
- Misleading miracle cures, false medical claims, or deceptive remedies
- Products that infringe copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
- Items that do not match the approved direction of the platform
Shofarpulse reserves the right to remove or reject any product at its sole discretion where the product creates risk, confusion, conflict with platform purpose, or legal concerns.
Product Listing Standards
Vendor Guidelines require that every product listing be clear, accurate, and complete. A good listing helps customers understand exactly what is being sold and reduces misunderstandings.
Each listing should include:
- A clear product title
- An accurate and honest description
- The correct category
- The correct brand
- Relevant tags only
- Appropriate product attributes where needed
- Correct price
- Stock information where applicable
- Suitable product images
Vendors must not create misleading titles, misleading descriptions, or duplicate listings intended to manipulate search visibility.
Pricing and Stock Rules
Vendor Guidelines require honest pricing and proper stock management. Vendors are responsible for ensuring that the price shown on a product listing is accurate and that stock availability is kept up to date.

- Do not keep unavailable items listed as in stock
- Do not manipulate pricing in a deceptive way

Images and Content Standards
Product images and written content must be truthful, clear, and suitable for the Shofarpulse audience.

- Do not upload blurred, misleading, or unrelated images
- Do not use copyrighted images without permission
- Do not include offensive or inappropriate visuals
- Write in a clear and respectful tone
- Avoid exaggerated claims that cannot be supported
For stronger results, vendors should also optimize listings for clarity and searchability, but SEO should never come at the expense of honesty.
Orders and Customer Service
Vendor Guidelines require vendors to fulfill orders responsibly and treat customers with respect. Sellers are expected to manage orders promptly and respond professionally to reasonable customer concerns.
- Process orders in a timely manner
- Keep product and shipping information accurate
- Respond respectfully to customer concerns
- Follow marketplace refund, return, and shipping rules
- Communicate honestly where delays or problems arise
Poor customer service, repeated non-fulfillment, misleading delivery promises, or refusal to cooperate with legitimate order issues may lead to listing restrictions, account review, or suspension.
Policies, Payments, and Store Setup
Vendor Guidelines also apply to how stores are set up and maintained. Vendors should complete their store settings carefully and keep them current.
- Use a professional store name
- Provide valid contact details
- Set accurate payment details for receiving earnings
- Maintain store policies for shipping, refunds, and returns
- Use social links responsibly if provided
Vendors who skip important setup steps may experience delays in store approval, payments, or account usability.
Vendor Conduct
Vendor Guidelines require professional conduct both on the platform and in communications connected to marketplace activity.
Vendors must:
- Act honestly and respectfully
- Follow Shofarpulse policies and instructions
- Use customer data only for legitimate order-related purposes
- Avoid abusive, misleading, or manipulative behavior
- Respect the mission and values of the platform
Vendors must not:
- Bypass the platform for hidden transactions

- Harass customers or platform administrators
- Attempt to deceive, exploit, or manipulate the marketplace system
Violations and Enforcement
Vendor Guidelines are enforced to protect users, vendors, and the integrity of the platform. If a vendor violates these guidelines, Shofarpulse may take action including:
- Warning or guidance notice
- Product rejection or removal
- Temporary restriction of vendor features
- Suspension of payouts pending review
- Suspension or termination of the vendor account
The action taken will depend on the seriousness, frequency, and impact of the violation.
